Abstract: In our country a certain number of wild boars is controlled and reared in an enclosed hunting ground while the number of free-ranging population is mainly unknown. It is not easy to achieve and often not possible entirely to perform a complete diagnostic examination on the presence of classical swine fever virus (CSFV) in wild boars in each evaluated case. The aim of the research was control of CSFV presence in wild boars population in five enclosed hunting area in Vojvodina. As part of health control programm of wild boars, shot by hunters, the examination of the trunci deriving from 30 wild boars was performed.
