This is the most sex chromosomal abnormality detected in men with non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA). Usual features are raised serum levels of gonadotropins, reduced serum levels of testosterone, and reduced testicular volume, libido, hypoandrogenization and almost total atrophy of seminiferous tubules.
