AbstractInjection of power generated by the wind turbine system into an electric grid mainly effects the power quality. Theperformance of this wind turbine and its power quality is determined on the basis of its measurement of power ratings as per Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) standards. The influence of the wind turbine in the grid system concerning the power quality measurements are the active power, reactive power, variation of voltage, flicker,harmonics, and electrical behavior of switching operation.
