Perineural invasion (PNI) in cutaneous squa-mous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (CSCCHN) is associated with decreased survival. Large-nerve PNI pre-sents with clinical signs and symptoms and/or magnetic resonance imaging evidence of cranial nerve involvement.
