ABSTRACT: Environmental particle exposure, often estimated as the particulate mass of particles with a diameter,10 mm,,2.5 mm or,1 mm (PM10, PM2.5 or PM1), is known to have a negative impact on the health of the population. Little is known about how the size and origin of particles influence the effects.
