L'irnmobilisation d'une sequence d'oligonucleotides par copolymerisation avec un monomere pyrrole sur une surface de platine a ete realisee sur une microbalance a quartz. L'efficacite de ce biocapteur a et6 etudiee en presence de differents oligonucleotides sondes. Les reponses de I'hybridation et de l'adsorption ont ete mesurees in-situ par le changement de frequence de la microbalance a quartz.
