Background Barrett oesophagus (BO) occurs as a consequence of prolonged gastro-oesophageal reflux and it may precede the development of oesophageal adenocarcinoma. Aims The aim of this study was to accurately assess Cdx2 expression in the oesophageal metaplasiaedysplasiaeadenocarcinoma sequence.
