Abstract: This ecophysiological study was conducted on a species (Sinapis arvensis L.) widespread in nature in Algeria particularly in the province of Tlemcen. This plant, even if it is undesirable in crop fields, can be useful in maintaining the biodiversity of the plant world. The goal set in this study was to treat the micro-propagation and germination of the species Sinapsis arvensis L. in synthetic environments, since these phenomena of growth and development in a sterile environment are poorly controlled.
