We report the case of a 48 years-old man diagnosed with Leriche syndrome. The patient had no angina, rare palpitations and intermittent claudication with a walking perimeter about 500 meters. The patient had numerous cardiovascular risk factors and he underwent a percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) on right coronary artery (RCA) and on left anterior descending (LAD) artery thirteen years ago. In-stent restenosis was found two years after PTCA thus, a primary isolated coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery was performed using an in situ left internal mammary artery (LIMA) graft to LAD and a radial artery graft on RCA.
