The diffusion process of powder particlesinto the vibrating powder bed was observed and the relation between the interparticle force and the dispersion property was investigated. The diffusion process of fine powder to the coarse powder bed affected by not only the ratio of particle size, but also the particle-particle interaction force. For the interparticle force, the effect of the condensed film of water on the particle surface may be considered to be most important.
