Polymer based nanoparticle formulations have been shown to increase drug bioavailability and/or reduce drug adverse effects. The aim of this study was to formulate celecoxib entrapped poly lactide-co-glycolide based nanoparticles through a solvent evaporation process using didodecyldimethylammonium bromide or poly vinyl alcohol as stabilizer.
