In the lateral part of the eye, the infiltration angle could not be recognized; medially, the angle was normal. A chronic inflammatory reaction was present in the cornea, and infdtra-tion of mononuclear cells was seen in the iris and ciliary body. Ectopic lacrimal tissue is rare in man and animals.
