The syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion (SIADH) has been reported as a paraneoplastic syn-drome in many different types of malignancies. Several case reports of SIADH have been reported in patients with olfac-tory neuroblastoma (ONB), but the exact incidence is unknown.
