Monoclonal antibody #376.74T reacted also with carcinoma cell lines but with a significantly lower titer. Rosette inhibition assay showed that these antigenic determinants were expressed on antigenic struc-tures, which are not associated with fl. microglobulin and histocompatibility antigens.
