The present research aims to study the feasibility of educational system implementation based on mobile learning in Islamic Azad and Payam Noor universities in the north of Khuzestan Province with the emphasis upon the investigation of technical, legal and human resources provision fields. The research methodology was descriptive-survey. The statistical population includes all technical technicians, legal authorities and faculty members of Islamic Azad and Payam Noor universities in the north of Khuzestan Province.
