Abstract The study examines the relationship between teachers ' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and their attitudes to work, including commitment to the organization, affective commitment and value congruence commitment, perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. The data were collected through the use of a questionnaire, distributed to a sample of 314 elementary school teachers from the center of Israel. The results of the study, obtained through Pearson correlations and multiple regressions, indicate that organizational citizenship behavior is a multidimensional variable directed to different parties in the school – students, teachers, and the organization.
