5D orbifold has two attractive features: quasi-localized matter fields can natu-rally reproduce hierarchical Yukawa coupling, while supersymmetry breaking is inherently built in by the Scherk-Schwarz mechanism. We examine the conse-quence of this quasi-localization and the Scherk-Schwarz supersymmetry break-ing in low energy flavor violating processes, under the assumption that physics below the compactification scale is described by the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM) and find BR(µ → e, γ) and K impose stringent con-straint on flavor structure of the Scherk-Schwarz supersymmetry breaking.
