Making Effective Use of Construction

Expert knowledge and lessons-learned in the construction phase of a project are not being effectively fed back to the design and construction phases of subsequent projects. The advancement of construction since ancient times has been predicated on the communication of lessons-learned. Anecdotal story telling has evolved into case studies and formal systems for the classification and dissemination of lessons-learned.
