The tests were conducted on a stand that al-lows registering the force and deflection of the tested tires. The results were used to determinate directional tire stiffness, by using self-made software identification. In the next stage, tread prints were made, which were used to determine the surface area of the tire contact with the ground, depending on the pressure inside the tire and the load.
