Creativity should not be seen as the preserve of the few, only for those who think they are creative and not for the rest who “know ” they are not. Creativity comes in many forms and most people have the ability to be creative in one form or another. The main problem solved in this paper consists in possibilities of creativity utilization in management. Because management needs to promote creativity, where appropriate, by providing the climate, recognition, and rewards that are necessary to motivate subordinates to be highly creative, more productive, and subsequently more satisfied with their work
