Initial results from a photometric survey of stars selected from the list of eclips-ing binaries that may contain a pulsating component by Soydugan et al. (2006) are reported. A minimum of two nights of CCD observations with V and/or B filters of each of the 35 stars from this list was collected. Of the 35 stars stud-ied, a pulsating component was detected in three of the systems. Pulsations were also serendiptiously detected in the eclipsing binary RR Leporis, which is not on the candidate list
