Typification of some species names in Elaphoglossum section Polytrichia (Dryopteridaceae) from Brazil

The fern genus Elaphoglossum has received a great deal of attention in Brazil over the last two centuries. Nevertheless, many of the early names remain inadequately typified. In this paper, the nomenclature of some Brazilian species of Elaphoglossum sect. Polytrichia is discussed under the rules and recommendations of the International Code of No-menclature for algae, fungi, and plants.
