Abstract—The development and construction of the university informationization has become the important means for universities to improve their management level and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness.Combining with the situation of our school, Researching an overall construction scheme of the Digital Campus System with a high level of intelligentized management and based on URP （University Resource Planning ） is proposed.
