A computer simulation of the blood flow in a patient specific atherosclerotic right coronary artery is carried out to study the blood flow pattern and the wall shear stress (WSS) distribution in the artery. Both temporal and special distribution patterns of the WSS of the non-Newtonian blood flow are presented and the regions on the lumen surface where the WSS is constantly lower than 1 N/m2 are identified
