Here, we retrospectively evaluate use of the Modification of Diet in Renal Disease (MDRD) study and Chronic Kidney Disease Epidemiology Collaboration (CKD-EPI) equations to monitor long-term course of kidney function and to identify individuals with progressive kidney function loss.
