Abstract. In the framework of the JET Enhanced Performance project, an Ion Cyclotron Range of Frequency in-port ITER-FEAT like launcher is being designed with the aim of coupling 8 MW to Elmy H-mode JET plasmas. A full scale flat geometry modular mock-up of one poloidal half the Array was build in Cadarache to be submitted to an extensive low power measurement campaign in order to check its electrical features against the design model. Detailed results on the effect of top-bottom strap asymmetries, geometrical clearances, grounding, and mutual coupling are reported in the paper. Consequences on the launcher design are finally addressed
