A random magnetic mixture of the ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic exchange integrals (bond model) is investigated · by the use of the method of the distribution function, and the possibility of finding the 'glass-like ' phase (GLP) is suggested. The following magnetic properties concerned with the GLP are shown: (1) The spin arrangement of the GLP resembles that of the paramagnetic one, but each spin in the GLP is stable for the thermal disturbance, (2) the phase transition between the GLP and the paramagnetic phase is of higher order, (3) the susceptibility has a broad maximum, (4) the magnetization increases linearly with magnetic field with large slope at H~O.
