This study focuses on the applicants ’ perception of various modes of e-recruitment, namely employment websites (like monster.com or naukri.com) and career sections of corporate websites. The perception is measured based on five constructs, namely perceived efficiency, user-friendliness, information provision, fairness perception and internet selection image of the company. The perception is measured using a 26 item questionnaire among postgraduate students enrolled for three different management programmes of one of the leading management institutes in India.
