ι ι A brief review of recent developments in multichannel, photodiode-array LC optical detectors is presented. Types of photodiode arrays employed in both multichannel ultraviolet/ visible light (UV/VIS) absorbance detectors and fluorescence detectors are discussed. Due to the information-rich nature of these detectors, special attention is given to spectral data interpretation techniques and approaches.
