In this issue: 1. Good Stuff on Urban Renewal - The Committee for Urban Action circulated a second document on the bills before Parliament called "Principles for an Urban Renewal Bill". Part of this document - its introduction summarising the principles - is supplied in this issue. The first document (also published by the Committee for Urban Action) unavoidably was negative, criticizing features of the Urban Renewal Bills that looked like being rushed through Parliament last November (1969).
