TTF (tetrathiafulvalene: C6H4S4)1 has been developed as a strong electron donor in the research area of organic conductor and utilized as a building block for molecular switch, molecular magnet and supramolecular system.2 Electrochemically, it shows two reversible redox peaks corresponding to TTF0/·+ and TTF·+/+2 processes which can be tuned by the linkage of various functional moieties.
