Abstract: In the current paper, a study is made of the manufacture of three-dimensional structures of micron resolution using two- and three-photon polymerization. A femtosecond laser operating at a wavelength of 1028nm is employed for the multi-photon polymerization processes. For the component manufacture, two different materials are used. The first material, used in two-photon polymerization, is an acrylate-based photo-polymer that polymerizes by employing green radiation. The second material, used in three-photon polymerization, is an ultraviolet (UV)-photopolymerizable acrylate composite
