investigated seasonal patterns of water rela-tions in current-year leaves of three evergreen broad-leaved trees (Ilex pedunculosa Miq., Ligustrum japonicum Thunb. and Eurya japonica Thunb.) with delayed greening in a warm-temperate forest in Japan.
