Soccer is a rigorous sport that includes ninety minutes of intense aerobic and anaerobic energy use, including continuous running, sprinting and skilled agility. The purpose of this research was to present a training program for female collegiate soccer players to improve overall conditioning for endurance, agility, and power. Research suggests that appropriate strength and conditioning will decrease the risk of injury and avoid detriments in skill from fatigue.
