This document makes reference to “Actuación No. 1678/07” and lists the responses from the authorities to Resolution DP 87/07, according to Article 28 of Law 24.284. Authorities listed include the Secretary of the Environment and Sustainable Development, Government of the Province of Jujuy’s Minister of Health and Secretary of the Environment. The document also lists the main points from a note from the inhabitants of Abra Pampa which states that the promised actions have not been completed. The document is signed by Virginia De Francesco, and also by someone else, probably Cristina Maiztegui. It is difficult to be sure of this second signature because it is hard to read and it does not include the stamp of her name.La
