The heavy flood has been increased due to the climate change from global warming and accelerated urbanization. The urban basin have the high impermeability, short concentration time and increased storms brings serious flooding damage. Therefore the flood prediction system is required for the forecast of urban inundation to reduce property damage and injury to people. In this study, Flood Nomograph(F-N) is developed to forecast only with rainfall information at a selected urban district with high inun-dation possibility.
