Relation between Emotional Intelligence of Bank Managers &Their Executive Thinking Model

Human being is always involved with various challenges and conditions for which it is necessary to make a fruitful and on-time decision. The necessary condition for fundamental involvement with these problems is benefiting from an active a creative thinking. Philosophical method is one of the major thinking methods for this purpose. Smith has named it as a form of thinking under the title of philosophical mind. He believes that Philosophical mind is a pattern with three dimensions of integration, deepness and reflection. The major goal of the present research is to find out any relationship between emotional intelligence of managers and their philosophical mind at different branches of Bank of Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. For this purpose we defined emotional intelligence according to the theory of Daniel Gilman in five dimensions, consciousness, self-control, sympathy, motivation, social skills and executive thinking according to the theory of Philip J. Smith in three dimensions, integration, deepness and reflection. There are one major hypothesis and five secondary hypotheses.
