Guidance of Dual-source Computed Tomography Angi- ography During Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy

This manuscript presents outcomes related to a segmental or regional clamping techniqueunder the guidance of dual-source computed tomography angiography. A total of 125 patients underwent partial nephrectomy (PN) by a single surgeon using this innovative technique to reduce global warm ischemia in the operated kidney and thereby improve renal functional outcomes.
