Quality of Work Life entails the design of work systems that enhance the working life experiences of the organizational members, thereby improving commitment and motivation for achieving organizational goals. In Educational institutes, commitment and motivation of Human Resources is working as core competence. Quality of Work Life is the essential concept of favourable situations in a working environment. The study is mainly related to know the perception of college lecturers regarding various factors affecting Quality of Work life and also to find strategies to enhance the quality of college lecturers work life in Sonepat. For this purpose five independent factors have been identified as contribution to QWL. These are: Clarity of goals and employees participation, Work environment, Relationship with management, superiors and subordinates; Commitment at work, Quality enhancement measures at work.
