The aim of this study was to determine the activities of first-line (isoniazid, rifampin, ethambutol and streptomycin) and second-line (kanamycin, para-aminosalicylic acid, ethionamide and capreomycin) antituberculosis drugs on 100 various clinical isolates of M. tuberculosis.
