The 107 subjects-used were "experts " in the area of business and organizational communication who responded to four questionnaires. It was concluded that cofiege couises designed,to enhance one set of communication skills,such as technical writing and public speaking, will no longer fulfill the requirementa for undergraduate bmsiness and professional students.
