Present study is an attempt to investigate the psychometric analysis of perception of ethical climate, horizontal violence, perceived authentic leadership style and perceived organizational support as predictors and turnover intention as an outcome of organizational cynicism. Psychometric analysis is conducted through measurement model by using AMOS 21. A mathematical approach is utilized to compute the reliability and validity of the constructs.
