*Technical Information Support Activities, TISA The overall objective of the Technical Information Support Activities (TISA) Project is the production of a "Post Commander's Handbook;`*- he handbook will be instrumental in achieving greater utilization of available technical information resources to assist army scientists and engineers engaged in the support of army combat and other operating forces. The input data consists of a large amount of detailed information concerning present operating procedures practiced in the performance of various functions in different Army Technical Libraries.
