Employee Engagement is one of the latest terminologies that have gained enormous attention from academic scholars. Employee engagement directly impacts the employee productivity. The most productive employees, whose work is valuable and pleasing both for them as well as for the organization they work for are called, engaged. The current study investigates the impact of demographic factors like gender and age on their level of engagement.
