Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the unmet healthcare needs of married immigrant women. Meth-ods: This study was a secondary data analysis using data from the 2009 National Survey of Multicultural Families. Data collected from 58,735 married immigrant women who had spouses were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Chi-square test, and logistic regression. Results: Overall, 9.9 % of married immigrant women have unmet healthcare needs.
