ABSTRACT: Using models and simulations that provide credible results in the systems engineering process is crucial to fielding defense weapon systems more effectively to the warfighter. Employing distributed, live-virtual-constructive synthetic environments that produce results that can be used with confidence is essential to support development and testing of interoperable systems for joint capabilities.
