In psychiatry, there are many grey areas which have not received due attention. To name a few, disorders of sleep, headache and medico legal problems.Psychosexual medicine is also one of the neglected disciplines. It has been superseded by the upcoming branch of andrology which is being controlled by urologists, urosurgeons, dermato-logists, endocrinologists and physicians. This is the partly due to very limited number of mental health professionals, who are mainly devoting, time to the core group of psychiatric disorders.
