North West Disadvantaged Children and Youth – Newborn-18 year old age group, including early school leaving The above organisations commit to the following: · Concentrate their actions and resources towards achieving, through multi-agency interventions, improved service delivery to the target groups, as identified locally in the Social Inclusion Task Force Plans. · To set a benchmark based on the programmes of our current provision of services to the target groups and commit to improve that provision for the duration of the plan. · To improve the access of the target Groups to these services through a combination of the following actions, where appropriate
