Abstract. The piezoelectric bulk acoustic wave sensor technology has such unique advantages as high sensitivity, wide response spectrum, easy digitalization, simple structure and low cost and others, which are widely used in many fields of analytical chemistry, biochemistry, environmental monitoring, life science and molecular biology.
