Purpose:This study examine the effects of music therapy and phone counseling on postpartum depression and maternal identity in high risk women. Methods:A nonequivalent control group time series research design was employed. Eighteenwomen comprised the experimental group and seventeenwomen, the control group. Experi-mental group received 4 weeks of music therapy and phone counseling.
